| Notice of Special General Meeting & NRC Proposed New Constitution |
As previously advised, the NRC Board has been reviewing the current Constitution, with the view of modernising it in line with current thinking and the Institute of Directors guide lines. As such, the Board and our legal partners have proposed some changes and are putting forward a revised Constitution to be voted on at a SGM just prior to the AGM, 5:45pm June 22nd at the Ellerslie Event Centre, Auckland.
